Kristoffer Eidissen
Business Development Manager – Commercial DepartmentMeet Kristoffer Eidissen
Kristoffer is a 28-year-old guy from a place called Bodø in the north of Norway. He has a background from studying business strategy and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Leadership. His career background lies in business development, which is also his role at Vince, where he started in 2021.
His job is to help Vince perform better internally and externally by optimizing our workflow processes so that we can help even more clients. He started working at Vince because he felt at home with our vision for the future and knew that he could make a difference for many people.
Why do you find business development interesting?
I like watching an industry change, and to see how it can grow and become even more efficient. I like the idea of challenging the established way of working, and I find it interesting to question what is “set in stone” in a company.
I believe there is always room for improvement, and things can always be better. I like the saying that the impossible only takes a little bit longer.
The future looks like
The need for digitalization and available data has grown significantly and will keep growing.
Right now, and in the future, I predict that we will see IT-systems becoming even more dependent on each other. The need for fast and real time information and data will become an even more important aspect for companies to compete.
Today we need system A to talk to system B – Exactly what we are doing with Vince Live by “bringing IT together.”
Where do you find your energy?
I find my energy when my friends and family are around me. Having good food experiences and socializing over good dinners is important to me. I love trying new recipes when I cook.
As a restless person, I enjoy having something to look forward to every day. I need to fill my days with various activities.
I particularly enjoy experiencing new places and learning about new cultures. And I’m also a passionate football fan and look forward to seeing Liverpool winning the quadruple this season.
